“…hopefully the Wonder Woman series will be out next year sometime or thereabouts… it took a lot of reading. This has been the hardest project I’ve ever done.”

It’s clear from Supergods and other interviews that Grant Morrison is completely fascinated by Wonder Woman and her roots and… This is going to be amazing.

It’s true that he trusts (almost) nobody but I guess when you’re prepared for every scenario, you cover a lot of weaknesses. Always be over-prepared. CITIZENS OF METROPOLIS DEFEND THEIR HERO ➡ Birthright ♦ Action Comics #1

I like that Morrison is incorporating previous Superman material the way he incorporated previous Batman material when writing “Batman.” It shows a good eye for research and respect for fans who are partial to some of the old school stuff (although the previous two Superman origins, “Birthright” and “Origin,” aren’t really that old). — Ryking
